Kirby's Cafe

We ate at this restaurant on November 16, 2007. We had 8 people and were escorted to the back dining room. Five of us ordered the Alaskan Walleye, which was the special. The fish was slimy under the crisp breading. One person ordered the broasted chicken. It was bloody and raw under the breading. One person ordered a Taco plate and it had raw hamburger inside the taco. The 8th person ordered a breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage and waffle, which was okay. We told the waiter about the uncooked food, and he said he would pay for our meals. We left a $10 tip for him, and left. I'm sure someone could have gotten food poisoning eating this type of uncooked meat. The waiter did say the cook was new. I suggest someone to oversee any new employee.
