        Lack of Efficiency

        They told me to call a different number. I'm a professional, and that was not professional. Change your number so your clients are able to dial into the correct line. And there was an expected 10minute wait at the Bart station. It's downtown Oakland, at least be more efficient.

        i have been using this taxi company for quite some time now and i would like to say that it is the most efficient and customer friendly taxi that i have ever ridden it.

        This is a Cab Company posing as a shuttle service. When I asked them why they are listed this way, they hung up on me. This is a poor company!
