        Neglected Rental

        Recently rented beach cottage on Emerald Isle from Bluewater GMAC. They were non-responsive to calls asking for internet access. Access was never delivered as promised in their ad.



        We will go back to renting from Emerald Isle Realty because customer service and satisfaction is very important to them.
