        Deadly, botched installation

        Hitch installed here prior to a 2200 mile trip. 300 mi into trip I found 2 loose & 2 missing bolts. Another Uhaul center had to cut off stripped bolts & install a new hitch! We coulda dropped our trailer at any time!
