The LEGO® Store Queens Ctr

I was looking for a pediatric dentist for my daughter and was so happy to finally find one. Unfortunately, choosing this clinic was a big mistake. I wouldn't recommend this clinical even to adults. We waited for an hour and a half to see the dentist. Their waiting area isn't big enough. When we got called, the dentist spent only a couple of minutes with us. She didn't bother to put my daughter at ease nor even be friendly. When she left, one of the assistants came in who didn't bother introducing herself or let alone explain what she was going to do. After the assistant "cleaned" my daughter teeth for literally a couple of minutes, she left and didn't say anything else. To say I disappointed and upset with the experience is an understatement.

The staff acts like they are doing ME a favor. The receptionists are teenage girls that are rude and snobby. Bith dentists tht I had were extremely rude and unhelpful also acting as if they were servicing me for free. Will never go back, everyone can find something better than this dental office .

My 4 year old son was unprofessionally treated at the office. I am disgusted with the whole office. This place has the worst customer service, dentists and hygienists I have ever experienced. They don't do a thoroughly cleaning and they don't manually nor have the equipment to floss as part of the cleaning. They are rough and incompetent on all procedures. They don't have up to date equipment. Depending on your insurance, the dentists are only available a couple days out of the week. The dentists comes and goes with large turnover rate. Every one of the staffs are rude and unprofessional. They would rather nickel and dime out of a patient than be a reputable dental office. Bottom line, don't waste your time with this office.
