Wisconsin Vision

Unfortunately, this place is out to get your money. We were told to return for a 5 minute appointment to make sure the contacts fit and were forced to pre pay over $70 for this appointment. My husband struggled to put in the contacts and wore them only occasionally when needed, forgetting he needed to make an appointment. When we remembered, we called and were told that we were outside of the 3 month “limit” (of which we were not informed) for this appointment. We were then told that the doctor would not order the contacts for my husband without us paying for another full eye exam because “his eyes might have changed since then”. I called another local eye business who was very helpful. They called Wisconsin Vision to inquire about his prescription. They refused to give the prescription up but said that my husband could return to them and pay >$70 again for the “follow up” eye appointment which we had already paid for and then they would give it over! Consumer beware.
...That being said, some of the staff are kind.

Katy is great. She assisted me in selecting the perfect frames that fit my face and are definitely on trend, but not over the top. Plus the fit is perfect. I would recommend her to all.
