Everstar Merchandise

I had bought a total of 10 strings of Everstar LED Christmas lights from the local Dollar General last year to convert from the older incandescent lamps. After getting them installed, I found that two of the strings (C9 looking bulbs) had one missing outer lens each. I could have returned them to DG, but I like the lights so I just kept them.
This Christmas, I was reminded that they were missing when I put them on the house again, so I took a chance and called Everstar to see if I could get replacements.
I spoke to Jimmy who was very nice and said he would send two replacements. I asked him about the cost and he said "no charge" which was really nice.
The replacements arrived within about a week and are now installed making the lights complete.
"Thanks" to Jimmy for his great customer service. I will buy Everstar again!

I purchased a set of outdoor string lights from Sams Club last November. They have a
3 year warranty. Now they do not work. I changed the fuse. No luck. I called Everstar and spoke with Jimmy. He told me I would have to mail the lights to Everstar at my expense. So, it's going to cost me $8.50 for shipping to return a $20.00 strand of lights. I'll never buy an Everstar product again.

Once again, as Janet said, Jimmy saved the day .. he is sending replacement bulbs for no cost. EXCELLENT customer service .. EXCELLENT company ... EXCELLENT products. This is the 2nd time in 10 years that I have bought the C9, 100 light, 59' strands of Christmas lights ... they last forever .. the red ones that I bought 10 years ago still work excellent. We just wanted to switch to blue lights this year! Thanks Jimmy and Everstar Merchandising Company!!

I called Everstar to find out which Christmas tree light replacements were the correct ones to order. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the company is sending replacement bulbs to me, free of charge. Jimmy was so helpful and professional. I'll look forward to receiving my replacements.
