The afternoon of May 26th I received a facial. I had always enjoyed my facials here and was looking forward to it. I left disappointed. A product was rubbed on my face (the same product three times) in the same manner. Extractions were done, but very limited. Most disappointment was the hot stones. She only did them for about a minute on my shoulders. I was under the impression that it was supposed to be on my neck, shoulders and arms. Also, I received no hand and arm massage as I had in the past. I thought maybe some things were taken out of the facial; however, reading the brochure after I left it indicates it is a customized facial and those other pampering are included. I was also sad to learn that a complementary mini makeover was no longer offered after the facial. A lot of money to pay for poor service. As I stated earlier I had facials here in the past and loved them. Not sure if the business is under new ownership or what. I don’t get services done regularly so something may have changed.
Amy was wonderful. She did a great job on my pedicure and eye brow waxing.
The customer service at Merle Norman Cosmetics & Day Spa is outstanding.
I really like the spa's atmosphere and decor. It is great, they change it quite often and I love it.
