Brandi's Boutique

I am/WAS a very loyal customer to Brandi's Boutique in Town Mall in Elizabethtown. I shopped in there roughly two or three times a month, some times more. I have several items from there that I love. Although, due to my last experience, I will no longer shop there. I bought a sale item, and upon further inspection I discovered two to three holes/large snags in the back of the sweater. I called the store and talked to Brandi, the owner and who sold me the sweater. I told her that I just noticed the holes when I was hanging it up. She proceeded to say that that's probably why it was on clearance. I asked her if I could return it and get something else and she said no that all sale items are finals.

I was very polite with her and said okay, thank you. But that's just ridiculous. I work hard for my money, just like everyone else, and I didn't just spend $18 for a DAMAGED sweater. It took me 3 hours of bring home pay to buy that sweater...not just a sweater, a damaged sweater. I would have never spent my money if I had known that. And it's so upsetting that the owner of the store didn't even do anything about it, or care for that matter. There were no signs saying it was damaged, no tags saying it, nothing! That's just poor business and business management.

People would ask me often where I got some of my shirts and I would tell them Brandi's Boutique in the mall and they said they'd have to check it out. It makes me sick to think that I recommended them to a place that treats customers dirty like that. I will never recommend anyone there again, nor will I ever shop there again. It's just pathetic how even a small, local boutique turned out to be such a disappointment.
