I always receive wonderful customer service when I call to order oil or have a problem with my heating system. They are a local company and I've even called in the middle of the night when I let myself run out of oil and the actual owner of the company called me back within 10 minutes, If that isn't outstanding customer service I don't know what is. We received an oil delivery from Jenkins Fuel in
Eliot, Maine and the delivery made was not what we had ordered. When I called the company to resolve, I spoke with a woman who identified herself as the owner. She was unhelpful and rude and made no effort to address the problem. Unfortunately this was not the first time We received this type of response but it will be the .last as we will never do business with them again. Very bad customer service experience.
