The Floral Secret

spent $200 on 2 dozen roses and a bear for valentines, the roses were a different red than picture showed and were starting to fall over and turn brown the same day I purchased them , the roses were all stuck in the center of the vase and the baby breath was on the outside around the flowers instead of arranged with the roses, the roses were the worst I have ever bought and very cheap poor quality, then to top it off, the bear that I bought that is supposed to light up and say I love you, doesn't work when my wife tries it, the batteries were dead, so I had to replace the batteries, very upsetting on a special day for my wife that the roses were turning brown and flopping over the same evening and her bear needed batteries before it would work, another person I know received flowers from there as well and they said about the same thing, there arrangements were much smaller but just thrown together and nothing pretty!! $200 waste of money at this place

I have gotten two arrangements from the Floral Secret. They have lasted up to three weeks. They try very hard to get hard to find flowers. Their over the phone service is wonderful and always quick and professional. I was and FTD customer before and got a pretty big discount but, if I am sending flowers in the are they are my number one choice!!! ~ Thank you Floral Secret A.Martin
