Love this Animal Hospital, they’re always willing to go the extra mike for their clients and patients. They are a no declaw clinic too which is important to me. I would highly recommend!

The Dr & staff treated our dog with the most comprehensive care. Dr R made sure every precaution was taken when putting our small dog under anesthesia. He did not charge us for a few things other vets would nickel and dime you for. Even though they're many Vets nearby, we will travel to this office. Our dog is only 3lbs 11oz

They treated my cat with compassion and caring and I would recommend them to anyone! Dr Randhawa was so knowledgeable and explained everything so well, and his office staff is the best!

I think their prices are really great compared to other vets in the area.

They will be my vet forever now!

I have 3 special needs dogs. Erika and Dr R are wonderful with them. I have been seeing them for over a year and highly recommend them. They are helpful, always willing to fit me in when/if they can. They are caring and loving toward my dogs. One of my dogs actually LOVES going to the vet. She is so happy to see them! Highly recommend.

This is the most caring and compassionate vet in the area and I have been to many different vets over the past few years. My yorkie needed stitches and I called early on a Saturday morning, they were able to get me in right away. When I got there it only took the Doctor about 5 minutes to stitch him up. I was so pleased that I decided to take my yorkie back and have him neutered a few days later, everything with the procedure went great and I picked him up the same day. The next morning I called right when they opened because he had chewed out his stitches, and the Doctor came in early to see us right away.

Recently, I had to take my female yorkie to the emergency vet and even though I had not taken her to Bowes I put them down as her regular vet. The next morning they called to check on her and had no issue with being her vet going forward. It really meant a lot to me that they were caring enough to call and see how she was doing even though she wasn't a patient yet.

The staff is great, they are very willing to accommodate in every possible way. Whether it be getting an appointment on short notice or working out a price this staff is hands down the best. While my male yorkie was being neutered they called and told me there were some teeth that needed to come out as well, they gave me a quote over the phone and the option to proceed or not. This office is truly about the animals they serve and not about the money.

I would absolutely recommend that if you are looking for a vet, you make this your first and only call.

Please read. This letter was posted to Golf Rose Animal Hospital. When they would not help me Dr. Randhawa.

I called your hospital at around 8:30 A.M. on April 1st because two of my cats were very ill. My seven-year orange tabby, Do-g, had open mouth breathing, not eating or drinking because of an upper respiratory infection. He had been seen by my vet previously and was given an injection which was not helping. My vet, was out to town at the time. My other 4-year-old shorthair, J.J., had a 104.6 temperature. She was ONE OF THE ONES I had saved from your hospital because she was scared and going to be euthanized.

I explained my situation to Tony, which is that I have been very sick. I have a diability lawyer and do not have any income at this time because I am unable to work. Kathy told Tony to ask how much money I could put down! Tony said that she tried her best to help me and then suggested I should try Animal Welfare League. I told Tony that this should not have been about trying and told her I'll go elsewhere.

Anyone who has worked in this profession knows that open mouth breathing and a very high temperature, for whatever the reason, is a great indication that an animal is in distress and needs help immediately, but I'm wasting precious time waiting to see if Tony can push this through. Are you kidding me!!! Ethically speaking, for an "Emergency Animal Hospital" the response should have been "Bring them right in, we'll work something out or is that a misconception? Even an "Emergency Hospital" for humans has the dignity to see you first and does not say "Sorry, you have no money, you'll have to seek help elsewhere"! You explain to me what the difference is when it comes to caring about a living being!

As a previous employee did I not pay you what I owed even after I left? Have you not extended credit to clients you don't even know? If I had just walked in instead of calling; would I have been discriminated against because of my inability to pay at that time and told to go elsewhere? I would have found a way to pay, but I was not even given that chance!

This was not about you or me, but about two innocent babies that needed help. You know where my heart lies with animals, whether they are my own or not, especially after the statement I wrote in my resignation letter. Maybe that's what this is all about? Is it a grudge that was standing in the way of ethical professionalism?

I did find someone who cared and helped my babies and by the time I arrived J.J.'s temperature was 105! Both vets even cared enough to follow-up and see how J.J. and Do-g were doing. NO, IT WAS NOT FREE, THAT'S NOT WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR, BUT IT CERTAINLY WASN'T ABOUT THE MONEY EITHER, IT WAS ABOUT HELPING THEM!

To: Dr. Randhawa-Bowes Rd. Animal Hospital and Dr. Antaal-Giller Animal Hospital - I Thank You!

Lesson to be learned - "Don't agitate a mother protecting her cubs"!
