I have been taking my vehicles for various repairs and services for a few years now. At first, I was leery because of all the bad reviews but I have had nothing but good experiences with Pepboys, 9345Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79924. Most recently, I bought a used car and it had several problems. Abraham, the manager, went above and beyond to find me the parts I needed and repaired my vehicle. Really great service! my hubby said quit taking your car to others and go to pep boys the dyer store in el paso is awesome always has been. what other said would cost 200 dollars without diagnostic testing cost me 45 dollars and the honesty I know n o one is perfect but they are bbb and trusted

Military discount plus free brake check and tire rotation. Awesome customer service my car was in the shop 5 minutes after I brought it in. Highly recommend this shop.

It is sad that pep boys can arrange a pickup tow for us ,an hour later they called and were told that the tow had not arrived ...the second request should arrive in 20 minutes , then 1/2 an hour goes by and still no tow truck....as the office called to verify if we were intending to cancel the truck driver arrived ....your company needs to teach its employees the importance of time ....sadly this is probably going to be the last time we use the services of pep boys ....

Did not provide the services they originally offered, or complete repairs in a timely manner. The service desk agreed to checand replace EGR Valve and sensor as well as make repairs needed for thear to pass state inspection. Performed and charged for an unnecessary inspection, knowing it would fail, after promissing not to do so. Weeks later and hundreds of miles driven car still not passing inspection.
