Laser Eye Surgery
When it comes to your eyes, a one size fits all approach is not always best. We are the only facility in El Paso able to provide you with nearly all vision correction options. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Foote has performed thousands of LASIK and PRK procedures. But LASIK isnâ€™t always the best choice for everyone. For example, some patients are too nearsighted for LASIK. The Visian EVO manufactured by Staar Medical are FDA approved lens implants designed to fit behind the iris and correct higher levels of nearsightedness. For patients older than 45, the Kamra inlay is a corneal device developed to correct near vision and reduce dependency on reading glasses. Clear lens exchange with distance and near implants are used or extreme nearsightedness. Intacs are corneal implants that correct irregular astigmatism in patients with keratoconus and corneal ectasia. For patients with keratoconus, collagen cross linking with or without laser can stabilize the condition and even improve visual function. Cataracts
At Sun Laser Vision Center our purpose is to provide you with the safest and most current technology and LASIK treatments available.
