        Arves Jones Automotive started out as a full service gas station and repair shop at Hondo Pass and Dyer. It was originally run by Arves Jones Sr and his three children Arves Jr, Wayne, and Marty. The business moved to its current location in January 1986. Arves' daughter Marty is now in charge of the business and her two children are now working by her side to continue the family tradition. Arves Jones was very active in the northeast community and held many political offices. Arves Jones Automotive carries on the legacy by participating in many charitable causes and events. Marty is the owner and manager of Arves Jones Automotive. She has been working in the business since 1971. She was one of the first females in El Paso to become a certified State Inspector. She has earned several training certificates through The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. She has two adult children who also work with her at Arves Jones Automotive.

        Overall

        could be better at communicating especially with younger people. Every step needs to be explained so they have a better understanding. My son was confused about what is happening with his car to the point he feels like he is being taken advantage of and being robbed, they should reach out the parents of minors and or explain everything that’s needing to happen going to happen and prices especially when a situation changes, we have to be better leaders and role models for the younger generation because what’s happening now is not cool and needs to be corrected asap

        I am new to the area and someone my husband works with recommend us to this shop. We took in our 2009 Dodge Ram because it wasn't running good. They figured out what the problem was and we had our truck back the next day. I'll be back!!

        Overall

        I had heard from several people that this shop was the place to go for my car. I had to get my brakes done so I decided I would try it out. When I got there I told them what I wanted to do and I wanted to know how much it would cost. They told me and I said to do it. The people were friendly and knowledgable. I will bring my car here from now on.
