        slum motel

        This motel has been called by the San Gabriel Tribune one of the worst motels in El Monte Rooms have been red tagged by the city for numerous violations. Quote from El Monte Police cptn. Motel was found charging hispanics one rate while Asians a cheaper rate. Clear violation of the UNRUH ACT.
