After having stopped in to check out a car, I'm not very impressed with this operation. The lady who was working that day didn't seem knowledgeable at all as to what vehicles were on the lot, let alone the one we took for a test drive. We asked her about the fuel economy on it, and after a brief look up on her computer, she lied to us about the MPG estimates (quoted 30 MPG combined vs. 19 MPG combined that I looked up later).



In another incident, my elderly mother had purchased a car from them after being pressured into it. They told her there were 'several other' interested buyers and she should buy it soon if she wanted it. After the initial purchase price, they tacked on another few hundred in fees and sold the car for far more than the online advertised price. They also lied to her about insurance company involvement in raising the price due to hail damage.



They are liars with shady practices and I will be suggesting everyone to stay away from them.
