T & K Countertops

I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH MY COUNTER TOP. THE WORK IS VERY PROFESSIONAL THE FINISHED CABINET IS BEAUTIFUL AND THE INSTALLERS WERE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS

Buyer Beware!!!! We ordered marble for our master bath shower through Kevin, my husband and our contractor both sent him emails and text messages confirming the correct measurements. Kevin confirmed that the he received them and would order the materials after coming out twice himself to measure and speak to us (he was very aware that we wanted the shower walls to go floor to ceiling). After we paid him and started the shower we all realized that the shower walls were 4" inches short!!!! After calling Kevin to resolve the issue he proceeded to blame everyone, he stated the we sent him the wrong measurements (we then sent him the email he confirmed with all the right measurements) blames our contractor for the wrong measurements (we sent him the text messages that he received and responded to that had the correct diagram with measurements). Kevin then went on to say that our shower base was custom and didn't come with a 4" inch lip but never communicated that with us or our contractor. He stated that he deals with too many people to go over every little detail! Well when it cost over $3000 he should be making sure that everything detail is correct and that all parties involved are aware. This is his profession not mine as a customer, how am I suppose to know any of this!!! That is why I hired a professional!!! So buyer beware I would never order from this company unless you want to flush thousands of dollars down the drain!!! Not only am I out all the money for the marble but I now have to pay more in material cost and more labor cost!!!

We recently had the opportunity to work with T&K on our kitchen and bathrooms in our new house. When you take on a big project like this, there are so many decisions to be made and vendors to work with. T&K was definitely on the top of my list for taking care of business and giving everything a great finishing touch. They know what they are doing and they get it done. All of my Cambria tops are beautiful. Plus, I got the added bonus of supporting the only local - small businesses - countertop business in Edwardsville. The owner met with us - measured and was the main installer - now that's service.

T & K Was a referral from my neighbor. After the initial problem with a late appointment for our estimate was completely satisfied with price, quality, and installation.

T & K was great to work with. They are very professional and their countertop work is fantastic. They quoted my project, measured, built the countertops and installed in a very timely manner - always on schedule. And, the final product looks great. They had a lot of products and samples to choose from. Once I decided on solid surface, the color choices were great - lots to choose from. I checked a couple of the big chain stores for pricing and products and T&K was better priced, had a MUCH better schedule and still had all of the products I had seen at the chain stores. They will definitelt get all of my countertop business.
