All Star Transfer

All Star Transfer moved us from Torrance, CA to Everett, WA.
They were excellent packers and handled our belongings as if they were their own.
Every thing arrived in the condition we left them in.
If we were to move again, we would call All Star Transfer first!

Terrible movers. Over\charged us twice! Not careful. Not accurate or honest. We had an estimator out saying we would have 4 men + a truck. Day of move, they came late, minus one man and refused to finish the job on the day scheduled! So they had to come on a second day for 2 hours and charged us for that + the drive time - another $400. We complained that if all 4 men came on the move day they would have completed our move in ONE day. We paid by check and unfortunately have little recourse to get money back. Manager never called back - we left several messages for him. No one answers phones her on weekends so Drivers can do what they want. Driver made pricing errors on both days. BEWARE -- better to pay more and use a more ethical outfit that won't cheat you and do such a poor quality move.

All Star was contracted to move antiques across country. Every one was damaged. As luck wouldm have it I had purchased the insurance. Worked with All Star to get an estimate to repair and a price we discussed over the phone that was very fair. All Star agreed I should proceed with the repairs. I asked for confirmation in writing and they sent an Email autorizing the repair. After six weeks the repairs were complete and I contacted AST about payment and they are now giving me the major runaround. Not replying to Emails, telling me to wait for calls that never come and indicating they are still processing my claim. They have no clue how to move/pack valuable items and I would not recommend you trust them with yours. The only thing worse than their ability to move items is their service after the trainwreck, I mean move. I have paid personally for all repairs and fro All Star......Nothing but Crickets

I am single mother that has used All Star transfer on several occasions in the past 13 yrs. They have helped me in tough situations, where time was a factor. They have excellent, positive, professional service men. They are very strong and fit so their job is done in a hurry. I would highly recommend All Star Transfer to anyone that needs a quick move on a professional level.



All Star also moved my grandmother who is not very mobile. She referred to them as the 'Gentlemen Movers'. They helped her anxiety by giving her assurance that everything would be moved to her specification. She really appreciated their services.

I hired All Star to move my furniture and they did so without incident and under the estimate. The men were polite and presentable and they did little extras that made the move easier on me.
