V Nails

I had a full set put on & I'm very impressed by the job that my nail tech by the name of Lock had done. I will be going back & referring all my friends to him.

This place is VERY unprofessional. I went here to get my nails done and I will NEVER come back. Their prices are super cheap, but you know that saying "You get what you pay for" is very true in this case. I went here to get a fill, and they kept trying to upsell me. Then when they were done, my nails look like..... Hmmm...let's see if I can think of a nicer way of saying this..... LIKE CRAP!!!! I then told the owner and said can they redo it for me, and they said "NO, why you complain too much? Nobody else complain"... Is this the right way to speak to your customers? That's funny that they said "nobody else complain" because while I was there, 3 other ladies complained. I don't know why the other two women were complaining, but one of the three ladies was complaining because she had a manicure done2 days ago, and while the nail tech was cutting her cuticles, they cut some of her skin and she started bleeding. She then came back 2 days later (which is the day I was there) and told them that her finger started to swell up and was infected. She even went to the doctor because her finger started swelling up like a plum. The owner basically told her to scram before she called the cops on her. The owner then started to claim that she never got her nails done there and there was no proof that she ever did. My fingernails looked crooked, and there was fingernail polish that was painted on some of my skin.... Instead of yelling or screaming about this, I just went to another nail shop and paid to get them done again.... I'm sharing my experience so that you ladies out there won't get ripped off by going to this nail shop.... Trust me!! You want to stay as far away from this place as possible.
