Really disappointed in this place. Booked a couple's massage about a week ago for 12:30 today to help celebrate Valentines Day. Showed up today, and they didn't have us scheduled. To make it even worse, the lady at the desk didn't apologize for the mistake, didn't try to schedule, was too busy to even stop scrolling on her cell phone, and had the audacity to question whether we had the right place. I will never use this place, and I recommend everyone else stay away. Inept at even the most basic levels of customer service and human decency. Zero stars.

I've been going to Bodies in Balance for over a year now, to help with prior injuries, and as an alternative to pain killers for my Lupus and Fibro. These are great guys who really know their stuff and treat you like family.
Royal Oaks Massage very elegant, calming. Ashley Wolf did an excellent job.My whole body was very relaxed!! Thank you once again Ashley be back soon!!!!
i love working for Royal oak massage !
Didn't know it was possible to get a bad massage until my last experience here. Past massages were great. Last massage only about 10 mins with hands, rest was slow strong pressure on back with forearms and elbows. Neck was not even hands it was knuckles and it wasn't the therapist bc friend with me had same experience. Spoke with manager and apparently this is common practice so beware. Highly disappointed.
There is a reason all these reviews are 5 STARS. I have had many massages, from all over the US. Deana is by far the BEST. She lets you chose how deep you want your massage and she will find those trouble spots, even if you don't tell her where they are. (And she will find ones you did not know you had!) Every visit with her she treats my specific needs and does not do cookie cutter approach to your session. You will completely forget she is using her feet and only ask yourself WHY you waited THIS long to come to her. I just had my massage today and was in a lot of pain walking in. I left feeling AMAZING (you cant get that from a bottle of medication). She incorporates lots of stretching and localizes the cause of your issue with her in-depth knowledge of human anatomy. You are missing out if you are not letting this lady WALK ALL OVER YOU!!!
Deana was an awesome therapist. Just when u walked in u could feel her positive energy. Very educated and she communicated everything while she massaged. Gave advise and seemed very caring and helpful. So glad I found her. Not to many therapist can go as deep as I like. So she is a keeper!!
I have been twice. Each time I had a different masseur. They were both excellent. They made me feel comfortable and were very nice. The heated table also made a huge difference in my comfort level
Prior to my session with Deana, I had never had a 'real' massage before, much less Ashiatsu, so I wasn't sure what to expect, and I was kinda nervous. The first thing that impressed me was how she set me at ease. She took the time to explain exactly how she does her work, and ultimately let me decide how comfortable I was. The control was on my hands.I was easily able to relax with the various elements of the ambiance in the room. I particularly enjoyed the heated table. My first session required a bit of powering through the pain since most of my upper body muscles had been tight for months prior. But Deana knew exactly where to find those trouble spots and how to release the tension. She is truly a master in her profession. The time flew by faster than I had preferred. As I left, I realized that I felt so much better, better than I had in a long time. The benefits far exceed the cost.
After suffering a pinched nerve, I had some severe muscle knots across my back and shoulder that were going to require some significant pressure to relieve. I tend to prefer male masseuses because of their strength, but when I saw an add for Deana referring to "walking on your back", I figured that someone's full body weight might cut through the knots pretty well. What I did NOT expect was the precision she was able to accomplish with her feet! She was able to target specific knots every bit as well as anyone using their hands. That precision coupled with greater pressure over a slightly larger surface area (think toes vs fingers, etc) was absolutely amazing, not to mention more therapeutic than I could have hoped! She was even able to isolate a knot up under my shoulder blade that I don't believe would have been accessible by hand. But before you think that this technique is only for sadists that require incredibly deep tissue massages, I can tell you that she is very careful about finding the correct level of pressure for any given person. She has bars overhead that she holds on to, allowing her to reduce her body weight by pulling herself up, or even increase her body weight by pushing herself down.I will be going back. In fact, I am tomorrow.....
