CPAP Specialist

Very unfriendly and unorganized. Used the Tulsa Store location, "now shut down" in 2012 and received a call today october 2015 that a deductible wasn't met for a filter that should have been waived like they promised. Three year bill!! 29.00!! Talk about desperate.

Not very friendly on the phone. I inquired about new straps for my CPAP. I use the nose pillows and my straps were stretched out. Was told they dont just sell the straps and a full headgear was $70. i said ok. Was informed I need an appointment, i said ok.

Then she tells me I need a prescription and my sleep study. I tell her, I havent seen my prescription in several years. Well sir you have to have one, this is a medical device.

LOL. What on earth would I do with a headgear for a CPAP machine unless I was in use of one?

I ordered one on line, cheaper from Amazon. And guess what, NO PRESCRIPTION was needed. Dont bother with these people, they have to much business to help customers with a need!
