Clinic At Walmart

spoke w/ sales associate over the phone to locate and price an item before I drove my pregnant self clear across town w/ two toddlers in the cold w/ morning sickness. First time I called was asked to call back in an hour because the lady who runs the baby dept. was out to lunch...(hmmm, wonder why no one else was available to help..) So I waited my hour and called back w/ the same question. Again I was put on hold and the lady who was to be in the baby dept. never answered. I was then transfered back to the first girl I spoke w/ who said that she could go check for me (yeah!..FINALLY!)...only to be told when she returned to the phone, that "I can't find anyone to go look for me" "And the lady in the dept is somewhere in the bldg, I just can't find her"....."But I'm sure we have it".....ummm....I then asked the girl if she could page the lady or if someone else could help me? she responded w/ "If you come in I'm sure we have it" I asked for her name, got it, and that was that.....so now I will load up myself and my toddlers in the cold and go search for the item driving clear accross town when I should have gotten the answer over the phone. And if I don't find the item, I will no longer go to this location and will tell everyone I know about this experience. Not happy

A good place to shop for ANYTHING, but they allow people to park in the fire lane and in front of hydrants.
