I'm a guy and not too particular with my hair so in the past I always walked into the least busy salon and got a cut from the first available person. The cuts never turned out great. I'm Asian so my hair has different texture and requires a different method of cutting. One day I walked into Hair Sense and was lucky enough to get Donna - she did an amazing job and it was best the haircut I've ever had. It looked great. Donna is very attentive and she listens to exactly what you're asking for in terms of hair style. I've gotten a few cuts from different people at Hair Sense in the past and none of them compared to Donna's work. One of the stylists finished my cut in about 3 minutes, didn't even wash my hair in between, and left my hair about twice as long on my left side as right side. Donna is completely different. She takes time and has pride in her work. I've seen her do girls cuts too and they also look amazing. Trust me - guy or girl, Donna's the best!

First time in to Hairsense Menlo park Mall, walk-IN...Needed my hair done badly..color an cut. I got Leo S cott, he was funny and great,very knowledgeable an up to date! He talked me into a suttle ombre and a great victoria secret hair cut! Came out dynomite an easy.i love my hair and Leo now !!!! Go see him an he also gives great hair tips....

I would not recommend going to there.. The stylist there with 15 years of experience bleached a woman's hair by mixing bleach with the hair dye because of not paying attention. I highly recommend that the owner steps up and makes some employee changes

Very like Leo.He is professional and trendy.I always try to make haircut by Leo. Good advantage-they take with no appointment.If I was not lucky one day, i had to do it by other woman. I did not like her work, but what is more important, she was not very attentive, was very busy with her conversations with all people around and did my hair like machine with no sense. I would not say her name here, but i would not go to her again.

I didn't have to wait which was great, however, the woman who cut my hair seemed to have her mind on her surroundings and hurried through my haircut like she had to meet a quota. It was over in about 20 minutes. When I left, I looked worse than when I entered, so much so, that the receptionist couldn't even look me in the eye when I paid. I felt humiliated and was embarassed to walk through the mall to my car. When I got home, my daughter told me I looked horrible. I'll never go there again.

An extremely short wait. I got my hair cut and colored by Maria and absolutely loved her! She's a great experienced hair dresser! I am certainly going back to her!

Leo does a great job with extensions, they stay in for a while and are not likely to come out with a small tug. The process is short and easy, for a very low price. He also does a great job in cutting hair, i got six inches cut off and it looks great.He also gave me some great tips on how to maintain its shine and length.
