        You get what you pay for

        We lived here for 3 years becasue it was the most affordable with the most features for this area, and every year the rent went up between $50-$100. The maintance crew does show up and do the repairs, if and when you can reach them. The management is terrible. Get everything in writting and take photos of everything. If you dont you will not get all or a portion of your deposit back. They charged us $600 for a small bleach stain the size of a nickle by the washer/dryer, and it was there when we moved in. Since THEY dont provide a walk threw form its all up to you to prove. I would NEVER recomend to anyone.
