Choice Home Warranty

Choice Home Warranty is the worst. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They kept dragging and delaying on scheduling the service for days. Once their chosen technician finally arrived, he didn't know how to fix the problem. Weeks went by until they sent another technician and the same thing happened again. Nothing got resolved. I had to hire my own technician who told me that most technicians don't want to work with this company

Beware buying a warranty policy with this company. Worst customer service I have seen. Will not pay claims and will not respond to calls, emails, letters.......STAY AWAY!

If you are a service technician looking to use Home Choice Warranty I would advise against it..we have outstanding invoices that are over 90 days old that we cannot get paid..they have given us the runaround since April. If you don't mind working for free..then give them a call..because that's what you will be doing...they do not pay!! I give them one star only because it wouldn't let me submit..
