for those who need a new start job corps is a good place to go. Life right now is really hard. I went to job corps myself and it's a great place to learn. You can get your high school diploma or your ged. I also got my driver liscense from them. Just think about it

This place save my life, I went there when I was 16 because the public school were full of gangs, I came from a single family home with 6 brothers and sisters, I got my GED, a trade in appliance repair, I learn how to swim,how to drive a school bus,how to bowl and keep score,I learn how to play the congo drums, I join the boxing club, I join the drill team, I travel and drill in a lot of parades,I met other boys from every state and the islands, I was given a little money every two weeks, all my meals,I graduated after a year and a half,I could have stayed longer but I felt it was time for me to go, They had save money for me amd paid my tution at a trade school where I live, when I applied for jobs ,no one would beleive I knew all that I had learn at Job Corps so I took a job as a security guard then a bank guard then a cook county deputy sherriff then a chicago police officer where last year I retired with 21 years I have 4 medal and 40 letters of honor, Job Corps not only saved my life but put me on the right path.
