Advantage Restoration Services

I'd definitely give less than 1 star if I could. The same as the other poster on here, our insurance paid John Valles up front. It took 9 months for them to repair a 700 sq ft area that had water damage in our apartment. They would be gone for weeks at a time with plenty of excuses why they weren't done. They even used different kitchen cabinets that didn't match the existing ones. Note: they only replaced a few because they broke them taking them out. All of the work they did has since had to be redone and we couldn't retrieve any of our money. It turns out that the company had a different name prior to Advantage Restoration. John had filed bankruptcy on the other company because of litigation similar to ours. John's dad owned Advantage so he started doing work using his dad's company name. When we submitted the claim John's dad had no idea who we were because he had retired several years prior. They ended up filing bankruptcy again and I believe they now go by the name Creative Renovations. No matter what name they use....STAY AWAY!
