4/12/16 to make an appt for my 10yr. The receptionist gave me info stating that if my son had already been diagnosed they wouldn't get paid & therefore she could not give me an appt. Called my insurance that info given to me was FALSE. Called back (4/15/16) and spoke to another receptionist, whom apologized for the refusal and scheduled an appt for my son's evaluation on 5/16/16. Receptionist called me & scheduled me to come in 4/16/15 because an opening came up. 4/16/15 2 hours before our appt the Dr McCoy calls me to tell me the clerk scheduled me w/doctor that speaks only one language and apologized for the error on their part and tells me they'll try to squeeze me in sooner because of their error. 5/11/16 4 days before my original appt that was scheduled, I personally call, because I had a gut feeling since I hadn't spoken to the office, to verify the appt. Sure enough, my son does NOT have an appt. What makes matters worse, the office clerk makes me feel as if they fault is mine.
