Wedding Day Diamonds

Very helpful when I needed a new version of my same ring. They were friendly on the telephone when I first called and said what I was looking for. When I arrived I was amazed by how outstanding the service was and how they really know their diamonds and what they are doing.

I purchased my fiance's engagement ring at WDD, and was very pleased with their service. The sales person was WAY more genuine and honest than the people I met at Zales or Shane Co. I bought a ring that was within my budget, and she loved it!

I am very happy with Wedding Day Diamonds. My fiance purchased my ring from them and was very impressed with the service he received. They special ordered my ring for me and had a huge selection of loose diamonds from which to pick my center stone. When I stopped in there a few months ago to get my ring cleaned, there were some huge scratches that the jeweler was able to buff out perfectly. My ring looked brand new! I will continue to shop at Wedding Day Diamonds.

I worked with Jermey in Eden Prairie for my wedding bands. He did a great job finding exactly what we wanted. We actually found one of them a little less expensive at one of the major competitors. Wedding Day did a great job matching the prices and getting us all set up. There warranty's are tuff to beat. I would highly recommend WD for engagement ring and his and her wedding bands.

I had a fabulous experience at Wedding Day Diamonds in Eden Prairie. I received a lot of assistance from staff in helping me to find the exact ring I was looking for. I have had my ring for about 3 months now and I still find myself looking at it. I also get alot of compliments on my ring from all who see it. I would highly recommend them to any and all that are looking for a wonderful diamond selection experience.

I have to admit that our experience was completely poisoned by the chick who helped us. Her name is Tanya and I was horrified to learn that she is the manager of the store! She was very pushy, didn't care about what we wanted and acted bored for most of our visit. Worse still, she blatantly lied to me about why their stores no longer carry Tacori. She lied and said that the rings did not hold up well and they were having too many problems with them, which was the opposite of what every person had said before about tacori rings. So, I called Tacori. I was helped by a very nice lady who explained the creation process to me, their lifetime guarantee on the rings and even sent me a link to more information explaining how they are made. Then, she told me that they, Tacori, ended their relationship with the Wedding Day chain because of repeated unpaid bills and because they caught them trying to illegally copy Tacori's pieces. I will never shop at this chain again.
