Bobby and Kim, I had to write to let you know of the phenomenal customer service given by one of your employees, Thomas. He is knowledgeable, dependable, curteous and always so pleasant to work with. I truly feel as if the customer service he offers on behalf of Scotty's is one of your greatest assets, along with the quality cleaning and workmanship you offer. I have been bringing my rugs to you guys for years and Thomas has always been there, greeting me with a smile.
