Located in Eau Claire, Wis., L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library offers magazines, journals, images and reference resources that cover various areas, including education, health and business. The library includes over 11,000 full-text magazines and journal subscriptions. In addition, it includes more than 500 full-text reference books, over 84,750 biographies and nearly 100,000 primary source documents. L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library has an image collection of over 235,000 photos, maps and flags. The library provides a range of services, including home delivery, adaptive equipment, large-print books, and closed-captioned and descriptive videos. The library works as a source for equipment and tapes for the Talking Books Program of Wisconsin Regional Library that is designed for people with special needs.
