Attorney Erica Bahnson

Erika was assigned as the GAL of my child. Not only was her recommendation outrageous, but she would contradict herself in it. ONE of many examples: Stating she knew my child didn't want to be gone from one parent for more than a week, but suggesting my child be with the other parent for a whole summer. Luckily, I was not the only one who recognized her outrageous suggestion; the judge did as well and fully DISMISSED her idea from the court. It was blantantly obvious she was siding with ONE parent when her job was to side with the child's best interest. On two different occasions, after the hearings were dismissed, my attorney and I spotted Erika with the other parent chatting outside of the courtroom. This was until they noticed we could see them, then they quickly and efficiently walked their separate ways. How interesting..... GOOD LUCK if you are assigned her as a GAL. I highly suggest getting a lawyer if you do, as mine helped our case greatly and Erika's outlandish and one sided suggestions were completely removed from the situation! BEWARE!!!!
