        Negative customer experience on Saturday Aug 19, 2017 in the morning. I asked an associate called BOB in the lighting department about where to find something. This Bob was rude, lack of manners, not oriented to a customer position with a corporation that is also lacking of some kind of customer service. I reported this Bob to the manager on duty that day: Ashley because Tom is the "official" manager not available that day. Ashley gave me the corporate phone number to complain. I called and I was supposed to receive a call back within 24 hours. I never received it. So they say that if I do not receive the call back I would need to call the corporation customer service phone again and repeat my story. Really? It is clear that Lowe's is not interested in improving their customer service, but I am sure that Bob spoiled my Saturday. HE IS NOT PEOPLE'S ORIENTED to work as an associate. HE IS NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING THE CUSTOMER TO FIND A PRODUCT, rude and uneducated person and he has succeed in discouraging a person to get something at this store. I will not stop by this Lowe's again. THANKS MR. RUDE BOB IN LIGHTING DEPARTMENT AT LOWES EATONTOWN, NJ.

        This is the best home improvement place around. It generally has more selection than its competitors so beats their prices. The clerks are everywhere, so you can always ask for help. And they're usually very knowledgeable.
