Fitness 19 Eastpointe

I approached the fitness center in December 2011, after discussing my needs I joined in Jan/12. Best decision I ever made, getting in shape, losing weight and feeling great. Staff is friendly, informative and helpful when I needed them to explain equipment and what I should do to start. My next step is to get a fitness trainer at Fitness 19 to help get to my personal goals. My family and friends have seen a positve change in my attitude and my appearance. Feels great to get in shape. Thank you Fitness 19.

I really enjoy coming to this gym. I have been a member for 7 months. Everyone is like a family and very friendly.
