        “Joe is an excellent trainer...

        “Joe is an excellent trainer. I want to be challenged and encouraged, but not bullied. That’s exactly what he does. His sessions are never boring, because he keeps things fresh by changing the routine. Joe is the perfect combination of friendly and professional. For the first time, I have hope that I can lose weight, get fit, and enjoy my life more fully again. I am so thankful for Joe! -Joanne, Nazareth PA.
