        Shame on me for not asking about labor charges prior to hiring this company to do some minor work for me, but I was shocked to see the hourly residential charge of $142.50 for a job that took only 15 minutes. It seems that most other plumbing companies in the Easthampton area charge between $80 and $90 per hour. I was happy with the work, however I do not think I can afford to use this company in the future.
