        Overall

        The son came in and had us sign new lease agreement with promise of new equipment delivery. No equipment. TWO leases for same old machine. He never paid off the original lease. We've tried for months to clear this up with Duplicating Methods but they won't call us back, we've emailed, no email back, we've sent certified mail, no response from them. In the meantime, the son who did this, no longer works for the company (supposedly). I saw online this was a classic scam but I can't believe this guy would do that to his dad who owns the company!
