Unique Details

This companies service was terrible. We scheduled to come on a Thursday morning, and they didn't show up until 4:45 in the afternoon, with my husband having to call them continuously during the day to see if they were coming and he was told numerous time "where on our way". They guaranteed their work and when I came home and inspected the house there was still mold and areas of the house that hadn't been cleaned at all. I called and complained and they said they would come back out and take care of the areas that were not clean. They were suppose to show up in the morning again on the following Thursday and never showed up. I will never use them again nor would I suggest any one else does either.

I am so happy with Details I just had to tell everyone about it! For a gift I decided to get my grandfathers Cadillac detailed. I can not even begin to describe what you could find in this car. I called Details and explained that the car needed a full detail because it was an older car with dirty floors, smokey, and had dog hair in it, not to mention who knows what else was in there. But when I called I spoke with Mike the owner him self and he explained how he could make the car like new and the processes inside and out. This could not have worked out better I borrowed the car from my Grandfather that day dropped it off at Details and then at the end of the work day Mike had the car dropped back off at my place of work with no problems. I was able to drive it back to his house and he loved it it looked the the new Cadillac he had bought some years ago. He was so excited. I would highly recomed Details to anyone its a great company with great service and quality work!
