Founded in 2006, Southern Tier Dermatology & Aesthetics has become one of the fastest growing medical practices in upstate New York. Its flagship location was originally in Vestal, with only Dr. Colleen Crandell at the helm. Its original clientele were so satisfied with the comprehensive, personalized care and treatment they received, that they spread the word about their experiences at Southern Tier. This word-of-mouth campaign led to the opening of its second location in March of 2011 in Big Flats a third location in Utica in late 2012 and a fourth location in East Syracuse NY in 2018. We also have a pathology lab in the Endwell office.
