Familia Dental

My experience was fine. I read some reviews that were not favorable so I was a bit apprehensive going there but everything worked out for the best. The issue that I had unfortunately required immediate extraction of three teeth. I had been in pain with infections and ear aches for a few months couldn't get in anywhere else. I had zero problems with my appointment time, got right in. No problems with office staff they were polite and respectful and the dentist was compassionate and thorough. Everyone has their own opinion just saying, but I would recommend their service to others in need.

I had a great experience there . Allison was amazing she got me in to fill my cavities and get bonded for my braces as quickly as she could. She went out here way and called me everyday until we found an open appointment.

Horrible horrible horrible. I arrived at 845 for a 930 apt. By 10 I was not seen. I had to ask. They said I was next and I watched 5 people get called. By 1030 I asked again where I was. Again I was told next. 1040 they finally see me after I ask if I should reschedule. I finally get in the back and they want me to do an x-ray. I had already told them I was pregnant and did so in the paperwork. So again I tell the lady. I am pregnant. Is there special safety taken. Then she pulls me back to the computer where she looks at my info that does in fact say I Am pregnant. So had I not had to remind the staff I would have got an x ray that would have put me at risk for a miscarriage. After realizing her mistake and the fact that she didn't even look at my file till I had to mention I was pregnant she told me I wouldn't be seen today unless I had a doctors note and sent me out the door without me being able to say a word. In the end I'm glad I wasn't seen. They don't seem like they have a clue what they are doing and that can be very dangerous for anyone who thinks they will put your safety first. They won't and obviously don't care. I've never been to a place that can overlook things and put their clients at risk. Dangerous dangerous dangerous

I have visited this office twice. I found the professionalism of the staff very beneficial. The staff works together/ The office is clean and welcoming. Everyone is completed with care and concern. Allison Poszgay was my connection to this office. She does a great job of getting the word out in the community. I represent 2 of the carriers you take and my interaction with your staff has made me feel very confident when referring people to your office.

Familia Dental provided screenings for 12 of our patients this week and set up follow-up appointments as needed. The staff from Familia Dental were very professional and provided excellent service to our patients. We look forward to having them back on site soon!

Mz.Pozsgay is the sweetest and hardest working person I have ever seen, she helped me through all the red tape and she made sure I was happy with my choice thank you Mz Pozsgay you are as smart as you are beautiful and thank you again

You deserve no rating. Your service was poor quality,long wait time, and of course your schedulers are rude,disrespectful. The dentist does not take time to make sure his work is done correctly. At least he could make sure i can dental floss without 3 filling coming out. You say you here to help the poor, no you here to make your money.

Trinity outreach Center from Washington Park had the pleasure of having Familiar Dental come and give a presentation to our students. Allison and the staff were very informative and related to the children at a level they were able to understand and comprehend from them. They were patient with the kids. I felt it went well. I don't know if the students that were given information to make an appointment followed through or not. My son will be making an appointment in the near future to go have some dental work done I rate the Familia Dental with 5 stars Keep up the good work. Thanks for your time, concern, and efforts you made to come to Trinity to help make a difference with in our community.

The (40) something children that were in attendance at the Senior Citizens Bldg., on Feb. 5th, 2015 enjoyed the informational display, and the props that your reps (Allison Pozsgay & her (DA) Asia Stawball made available.



The Children told staff at Trinity Outreach Center, that they learned somethings that they didn't know.



We don't have information on if any of the children follow ups with any made appointments.



We staff at Trinity Outreach Center, would like to continue to have a relationship with Familia Dental. We would like see Familia Dental visit us so that we can continue to learn more and more on how important it is to maintenance your teeth.

My first initial visit went well. It was crowded. The waiting time was approximately 25 minutes after my arrival. Staff was pleasant. The dentist at that time answered any questions that I presented and made my grandson feel at ease. There is a indoor playground area which is nice for smaller children.

Worst service ever! First walking up to the building I noticed many people just standing around outside and in the hall, which was uncomfortable. I made my way to the front desk and received no greeting or eye contact From the staff. I mentioned that I was early for an appointment and was pointed to a clipboard and told to sign in. (Still no eye contact). I signed and a took a seat. Keep in mind I have an appointment! I waited 30 minutes before I returned to the front desk. I asked if there was a new patient form to fill out while I was waiting and one clerk elbowed another clerk who seem irritated and placed one in front of me. I then go back to my seat and barely get into the form before I was called to the front and informed that they needed to reschedule. MIND BLOWN! I stated that i had received a call the day before that comfirmed my appointment and not one care was given. totally disappointed and I would never recommend them to anyone. There is a play room for kids which is convenient if you have them. Very unprofessional, good luck!
