Hi! Your repairman , Jose was here this week fixing my washer and dishwasher & I just wanted you to know that he is wonderful . His whole persona - and attitude and ability to communicate & repair - was top notch. I have had a lot of people here over the years- fixing things, cleaning carpets, electricians, plumbers - and Jose was hands down one of the best personalities & performance we've had walk into our home. My dogs were comfortable. He was calm , friendly and very polite and communicative. Jose is humble and kind but not shy - very informative & explained the entire process. Honestly he should train every other person I've had in my home on how to approach repair and human interactions with clients! I work with a lot of people and I am very impressed. Usually it's the much older guys who are like this - it's rare these days to find someone younger who is so golden.
And because of Jose , I will be calling Repair Appliance in the future .

I called the Register appliance company for my refrigerator is cold enough( the temperature is about 54 F compared to the right temp 40F), Chris came to my house to fix my problem. He is so knowledgeable and talented to do the diagnostic check, and amazingly he fixed the problem promptly. Within two consecutive months, he solved my washer and refrigerator issues, thanks Andrew he provided the prompt response to my call, I strongly believe this the best appliance repair company in town!

Highly recommend! Cristian went above and beyond just fixing our ice maker. He was knowledgeable, respectful, kind & courteous and also patient, as he showed me how to remove one of the shelves in our fridge, for cleaning. He also worked neatly & efficiently and cleaned up the mess from ice maker repair. I will definitely recommend Register Appliance & will call again when needed & ask for Cristian.
