WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!!!!!



THE POST MASTER IS A GHETTO RACHET BLACK WOMEN WHO EASILY GETS DEFENSIVE IF YOU ASK THE WRONG QUESTION AND THEN PROCEEDS TO TALK GHETTO TO YOU.



THE WORKERS ARE LAZY AND THEY CAN NEVER LOCATE YOUR PACKAGE!!!!



THE SERVICE IS SLOW AND THE POST OFFICE SHOUD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!! THE WORKERS ARE VERY RUDE!

THEY NEED A COMPLETELY NEW STAFF!

This is the worst post office in the entire state, theyneed to close it down or hire new people, the staff is very rude and they don't need to deal wit da public

Another horrible from me also aside from the long and unorganized lines twice I received the sorry we missed you slips when I was home and BOTH ITEMS LOST one a package the other a certified letter CLOSE IT DOWN I don't care if I have to go to Bloomfield or even Newark never a good experience or even a proper job done right experience

The worst post office ever, they should just fire everyone there, and close the danm place

The worst I waited for a package that said it was out for delivery for 5 days and still haven't received it.

Literally the worst post office office in the world. I've been go plenty post offices and never will you ever be treated as rudely and as unprofessional as you will at this post office. They have horrible customer service are disrespectful and should be completely under New mangement. They are so rude it's disgusting.

RUDE is the word to us at this post office. I was trying to get some information on a package that was delivered to me, and I didn't receive it yet. I was asking questions of the phone, and they were cutting me off, and putting me on hold. Everyone one of them were ignorant and nasty. So no....they don't even get 1 star.

Rude workers, old folks with no patience. Very rude over the phone and don't want to be asked any questions. Shame on them. It's only in the US that customer service sucks. You need lessons from Europe. No star at all it's just d system asking me to give a star,

I wish I could give this post office no stars. There are always long lines because the employees don't move fast enough. It's obvious customers aren't their number 1 priority so expect to see arguments. On Saturday mornings, of all days they only have one person behind the counter. You should beware because it's always the same old lady with glasses. She is beyond rude and if she wasn't old enough to be my grandmother I would give her a piece of my mind. She won't even allow you to explain yourself if you have a problem and will immediately call next to get you out of the way. There are some helpful employees but for the most part it's not worth coming here.

This Post Office doesnt even deserve a 1 star. If I could leave a negative 5 star, that would be sufficient. I'll spare the typical stereo types & leave factual information. Employees that work in the building are incompetent. They do not know how to handle fragile packages. I have recieved the wrong change many times when buying stamps. I've resorted to using my debit card to avoid confrontation.



Mail carriers do not deliver mail properly. Several times, I found my mail ontop of the mailbox, not inside where it belongs. When mail does magically make its way inside the box, generally speaking it is shoved in & destroyed. Lets not forget that i get other residents mail constantly. These people also do not leave delivery notices. Which then results in a trip to the office itself. Trying to get a package without a 'delivery notice' is quiet a pain.

for the last 2 years, this post office has been impossible. They delivered April mail in June, give us mail for people in other parts of town (not just next door). They also just deliver notices for packages not packages. The workers seem to want you to go to the post office and pick up your own packages. This usually results in a parking ticket because the lines are so long. I have tried to support the postal service because these are fairly good paying jobs, BUT, enough is enough. I have finally resorted to paying my bills on line and absolutely will not order anything if it is shipped by the post office. I have no problem with UPS or FedEx. They leave things all the time even putting them in plastic bags in inclement weather. No wonder the post office is running a hugh deficit!!!

From the mail carriers to the workers at the post office evrybody should be fired. This is why I don't believe in Goverment jobs having so much job security. It makes the workers lazy and they just do not care about people. I want to move just because of this post office and I am not done with my rant I will make every oficial I can think of aware of their inferior service and superior attitudes. I hate this post office
