Met with Steve. Nice helpful provider. Took great care of me as well as I believe Lisa was her name. Overheard yelling about firing people using foul language mixed with his own language and when I asked upon leaving who it was I was told "that's the owner Dr Katranji he owns the center below and the spa down the hall, don't worry about what you heard that happens daily when he is here." This was told to me by an American black lady maybe another nurse but didn't catch her name. How he talked about his employees there should be a crime. I heard he was a good hand surgeon from Steve. But now I won't go see him and will let my family dr and dr I am the office manager of know and we will never refer to any of his offices again. I was also told he "chops and cuts for the smallest reason because it's his bread and butter" I have made SEVERAL calls to office manager Farrah and no return calls. I thank God I was taken care of by Steve and shown what an arrogant fool this Katranji guy really is. I feel sorry for his staff.
