If I could give it nothing I would. They have the WORST front desk courtesy that I have ever came across. I went in to see if they could see my son. They are 4. They said sure full out the paperwork. So I did an hour later I am still waiting in the waiting room with no response from them. Mind you I'm by myself with TWO 4 yr olds. I go up there again and ask them if there is a problem. They say no they are able to see him. NEVER assume with this incompetent place that it would be soon. 2.5 hours later we get the X-ray. I ask about the ultrasound and it takes them 15 minutes to tell me it will be AT LEAST another hour. If I would have know hours ago when I went there I would of left. Instead I had to call someone to help me. I would NEVER recommend this place. They are nothing but a money hungry pit with poor customer service skills. They care nothing for patients or telling them a "reasonable " waiting time.

I went to Zilkha not knowing what to expect for a Nuclear CatScan. Anne and MaryAnn, the LPN's, (I hope I got that right) in the office were exceptional. The atmosphere was pleasant, they made me feel at ease and made the experience as pleasant as possible(MaryAnn-btw got me on the 1st try for the IV solution- and I was not an easy "stick"). These women know their stuff and they really ought to be complimented. So thank you again, Brigid Ps. If I ever need to be "lit up" again (which I hope I don't have to)-I'm coming to you ladies, and I will most certainly recommend you to anyone who needs to......
