Please do yourself a favor STAY AWAY from Mrs. Diana and this business.
Check the BBB at least 6 complaints, negative feedback on eBay,...

Why she is still allowed to sell on eBay is beyond reason. Why the Village of Carpentersville has not replied her license,...
She has moved her business at least 4 times,... Moving or kicked out of the location.
Best to visit a different service, post on Facebook and sell or sell the material yourself.

If you desire, visit the place and know the truth yourself.
This "woman" has ripped off so many folks, she keeps your stuff, sells it on the back end,..

Do NOT ever use this business! After my brother, who was an avid Elvis fan, passed away with Down Syndrome, we dropped off 2 SUV's full of Elvis items, everything from DVD's to watches, jackets, etc. My mother received 2 checks in the $20 range only after I called several times. After months of not receiving any checks I told them I would pick up all the remaining items, only to be told they donated all our items and we OWED THEM MONEY FOR STORAGE!!!! How sad that people have no conscious at all. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
