Please be careful about to rent this place they asking to deposit $300 in cash , and when you are ready to return the key don't expect to refund the deposit they will tell you any excuse like some throw baby wipes in the toilet and than they will tell you the story about that they need to call a plumer to repair the sewer pump $95.00 .they told me lies about it ,i asked for a recipt of the pluming repair and she show me a recipt from september 17th, it was raining the day i return the key and she show me picttures about the sewer pump and the grass it was to dry, is not even wet or soak,i been ask how much it cost to get it fix this thing and a professional told me they charge $350 plus labor fee . .i feel so desapointed about this community center,
