Room to Spare Storage

If you need help with shipping or storage I would HIGHLY suggest you stop by and see the funny girls over at Room to Spare!!!!! I went in on a whim a few months ago (saw their FedEx sign while driving by) to ship something and ended up leaving an hour later in stitches. They were quick to help me pack up my niece's birthday present, ship it out, and crack some jokes along the way. It was the impression they left on me then that caused me to go back recently when I needed storage (our basement flooded, what a mess!) They make it all as easy as possible and have some very cute items in their store-front. Two thumbs up ladies!

Uncle Bob's wanted to charge me a fee just to sign up that was non-refundable and THEN they told me that I was going to have to pay mileage for their "FREE" truck. I left. I began calling around and getting canned speeches. Room to Spare was the only one that didn't have that non-refundable fee and DIDNT charge me mileage for the FREE truck. It was really free.

I cannot express how accommodating and funny the staff was, they made a very stressful moving experience very un-stressful! Definitely the cleanest storage place I've been and felt very safe. Would highly recommend this place, I had a great experience with them.

WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I paid in advance for 3 1/2 months, moved my stuff in, then was told I had to move right back out again (!) (?) Why?? I guess because I complained because I couldn't get in at 8:15 when the gates are supposed to be open until 10:00. Now I've been waiting MONTHS for my refund. The owner appears to be a bi-polar, out of control CROOK! She'll be very nice to you when you first move in though, until she gets your money! BE CAREFUL!!!

Wow, out of all the storage places I've looked at while I was moving, this was at the top of my list. Room To Spare had the best prices, and they didn't have the "administration fee" like the other places required. And when I rented my unit, it included so much free stuff! They offered a free truck rental for a day which helped during the move in, and i also got free pizza! The facility was everything I could have asked for, clean and secure. There was a nice fence and a gate and cameras everywhere, so I felt that my stuff was safe. The whole place was clean, no garbage or dirt, and the unit was dry and clean. Inside the cute office was a great retail store offering just about everything from storage items to packing stuff, I even picked up a few boxes while I was there.The man who was behind the counter was extremely friendly and was glad to answer all my questions and even helped me pick the perfect unit size. I also never felt lied to, he was always honest and sincere. I was sold!

This storage facility is one of the best in the area offering a secure storage experience with key code gate and well lit facility. Being opened 7 days a week is great and being able to pay online allowed me to make payments even when I was out of town.

The managers were very personable and able to answer all my questions about storage (and no you don't need climate control for electronics or furniture). You can even ship via FedEx at cheap rates or sell your items on eBay through their online auctioineering services. This was an awesome experience. Highly recommended.
