Jeez people, they deliver packages on-time and promptly 99 out of 100 times, but y'all are giving one star reviews for that 1 out of 100. Get a life.

Paid for overnight shipping. The tracking number says its at this location. All of our snow was gone by noon and the roads were clear well before that. I should have just gone up there to get it because apparently UPS drivers decided to take a day off. I only wish I could specifically request my packages never transfer through here again.

Has a habit of marking packages undeliverable or attempted delivery and never even stops to try. Very horrible service

Rather disappointed in this store. They left a slip on my door since I was not home and I signed it for the next day. However, the next day, they simply posted a new slip ON TOP OF the old one that I had signed. I called and they told me to leave a paper note to leave the package. Why have slips if you won't check them and why provide a delivery service if you aren't going to deliver the packages you're paid to deliver. The last few times I've ordered something that was delivered by UPS it has been a hassle. Not sure I will use them anymore if I have the option.

On Wednesday of this past week UPS delivered 3 packages to my house...2 of which were mine. The other package was addressed to someone else but had a little label on it that had my information on it. I have called 4 times with the promise each time that the package would be picked up the next day. It is now Saturday and the package is still here. I truly do not know what else to do. I feel for the person whose package it is as it's pretty ridiculous I cannot get UPS to come pick up the package they delivered in error. I am beyond frustrated as I am trying to think about the poor guy this package belongs to yet cannot get anyone to come pick it up. I literally live 4 minutes from the UPS warehouse! Ridiculous!!!

Called to find out where my package was and was told that they really didn't know and couldn't give me an estimate on delivery because the driver was not doing his route in the order he was suppose to. It needs to be signed for. It should have been delivered hours ago.

Just got email , that ups tried to deliver package ,but signature is required, which it was not, I think it is getting late so driver just said that so he could go home . Been home all day . Horrible service!!

What's the point of having an online option of releasing a signature to leave a package if they are not going to honor it! I paid for one day shipping and that what I want! I authorized and released the package so they could leave it and they still chose to take my package back because "no one was home". Duuh! I knew nobody would be home that's why I authorized for the package to be released! Horrible service!
