Doctors Care

The staff are always willing to take time to listen to your concerns and will explain what the test show, unlike other comments they do explain if you ask them, the Nurses are very professional and are well trained. The front off staff greets you and will give you an estimate on your wait time, as with any Dr. office it takes time to be seen depending on the medical problems of other patients already being treated. And most of all the Dr's are great they are very professional and organized and will order the test that are needed and take time to find the cause of your problem and treat it very well. Great job by both the Easley and Anderson locations.

I was thrilled with the care I received today by Racheal. I had to get blood drawn and she was able to do so with only ONE try instead of the normal 5 from others. She was attentive, listened and treated me like a special individual. Thank you for all your help. Other staff were very helpful and friendly as well.

I will never go here again. They only want to treat your symptoms, not the cause of your illness. They want you to come back if you don't feel better...guess that's how they make more money.

This place has literally the worst medical care I have received to date. The Dr's were decent but no one in this building will explain test results or answer a single question. Wait times are absurd and they will not give you any sort of reasonable explanation why. I am currently taking test results to another primary care provider to get an explanation about the tests and the results that they had ordered. Honestly this place needs to be investigated and evaluated. Its pretty unreal that something with this low of a standard of communication even exists.

They helped my elderly father twice and filed his Medicare claim for him. They were courteous & gentle with him, and I appreciate having a resource like them in the community!

Doctors here are good. However, I was never told there would be a 3 hour wait until we had been waiting for 2 and a half hours already! We were about to get up and walk out! When I asked the receptionist how long it would be before they could see my brother, she said there is a 3 hour wait. When I asked why, she rudely said they had a lot of patients being seen and others waiting to be seen. As though I should have known. Why would it take 3 hours? That is the craziest thing I have ever heard in any doctors office! And being an in home care giver for more than 20 years, I have been in many!

will never go here again, they dont know what they're doing. Im so upset with spending money which they dont deserve! They dont deserve even 1 star.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!! i HAVE NEVER DELT WITH PEOPLE THAT RUDE IN MY LIFE!!!! I CALLED TALKED TO THE NURSE AND ASKED HER A QUESTION ABOUT A ISSUE I WAS HAVING AND SHE TOLD ME TO GO BE SEEN ELSE WHERE. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!!!!

You would be better off dying than going to this place! i took my wife here because she was having chest pains - could have been a heart attack! They refused to see her because i had a $10.00 balance with them. My wife could have died! Never ever go to this place! You have been warned! Don't waste your time!

never visit here charges are very high paid 125.00 and am still sick a week later . its a shame cant even get your moneys worh from doctors care here in easley.youve been warned !!! dont even deserve 1 star.
